Unburdening
No cost when vacant
Because of tenant contact, periodic maintenance, our cleaning service and check-out assistance, we ensure that your property is ready for the next tenant immediately. In the last month before the lease expires, we offer the property again, minimizing any vacancy. Tenants are required to cooperate with any viewings during the last month of the lease.
We do not charge a fee in case of vacancy. Since you also do not pay an upfront commission with Riva, it is very important to us that your property is quickly re-rented to a reliable tenant.
