Our clientele consists mainly of expats and international students, but also more and more private tenants from the Netherlands. Our services are now very broad. Riva offers short-stay and is also active as a real estate agent, where we buy and sell for a growing number of clients.
This very extensive experience has led developers to trust us and involve us in their projects. We know the market.
Riva thinks along about promotion, the opportunities in the area and the possible target group of tenants. We also use our network and social media channels to bring in new tenants and then, upon request, take on the management.
Thus, collaborations have been established with Kroonenberg Group and other local and national developers.
