Riva is the specialist in the rental, sale and purchase of residential properties in Rotterdam, with a focus on the middle and high segment. We manage a wide range of rental properties on behalf of individuals, property developers and investors. We have a diverse clientele, ranging from international expats to private individuals. In addition to rentals and sales, we also assist our clients with the purchase of their dream home.
Riva is ambitious, innovative and always developing new plans. To strengthen and further expand our position, we are looking for an inside sales representative. We are ideally looking for someone with some experience in real estate, but are also open to young talent who is willing to learn and can develop into a valuable force within our office in the short term.

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and help schedule appointments, select applications, close commercial deals, and inform landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers. You play a key role in relationship management and contribute to an optimal customer experience. You have a talent for building strong relationships with our homeowners and see it as a challenge to help home seekers, both renters and buyers, find their ideal home. You maintain an overview, even under pressure, while closing leases, conducting negotiations, managing agendas and speaking professionally to clients.
Work:
- You will maintain close contact with our homeowners and inform them.
- You will schedule viewings, conduct screenings and close commercial leases and sales contracts.
- You create descriptions of properties and place the ads.
- You are passionate about closing deals and always looking for the best result.
- You identify new opportunities in the market and respond proactively.
We ask:
- You have a hands-on mentality, see opportunities and have service orientation in your DNA.
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (both oral and written).
- You are commercially driven and know how to attract new customers.
- You can change gears quickly and keep multiple balls in the air at the same time
- You maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment.
- You have a passion for real estate
- You have the necessary real estate knowledge in the field of rental and sales market or you are willing to acquire all necessary knowledge in a short period of time
- You enjoy working as part of a team and striving for joint successes.
- You are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
