Working outside every day in your favorite city
Are you looking for an internship at a hip and international real estate agency in Rotterdam? Would you like to take your first steps into the real estate business and learn everything about renting out homes? In practice, you will support our rental department in renting out apartments, penthouses, studios and sometimes even villas! We will train you to become an independent real estate agent, so you can assist clients yourself when renting out properties or finding the right home for our house seekers.

What you really do
- In particular, you are renting out properties outdoors. At Riva, we average more than 1 property per day
- You handle check-ins and check-outs with tenants and landlords to avoid discussions regarding the security deposit when the tenant leaves again
- You are passionate about closing rental deals, always looking for the best result
- Photographing homes
- Entering homes into our CRM system
- You maintain a fine relationship with both landlords and tenants
- Performing management work for our clients
We ask
- An eager to learn intern available for a minimum of 4 months (preferably longer)
- You are someone who likes to roll up his or her sleeves
- You are proactive and very service-oriented.
- You have empathy and don’t panic when things get busy
- You have excellent communication skills and can deal well with different cultures
- You are currently in your third or fourth year of college education
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English language in both word and writing
- You live in the Rotterdam area
- You are in possession of a Dutch driver’s license
