Due to the growth of our portfolio and our clear vision on quality, we at Riva Rentals are looking for a new colleague to expand our team. Our services consist of renting, managing, buying and selling homes. We also provide clients with investment advice. We see daily that good property management plays an increasingly large and important role in our services. For us, the work does not stop with the rental of a property . It is precisely the management during the rental period that determines the quality, customer satisfaction and return for our owners. Therefore, we consciously invest in the expansion of our management team, so that we can raise our service to an even higher level.
In this position you are the contact person for technical management matters. Riva Rentals has a varied management portfolio in Rotterdam and surroundings. As a property management employee you will be part of our office staff and take the worries of our clients completely out of your hands.
Help people in a dynamic market
Riva manages a nice portfolio for a growing number of owners. We rent to expats, international students and individuals. Once we have recommended a tenant for a property, it doesn’t stop for us. We remain the point of contact throughout the entire rental period.
Good management makes all the difference. It ensures satisfied tenants, unconcerned owners and homes that remain in optimal condition. You play a central role in this.
You will be the point of contact for our customers in terms of repairs, equipment replacement and cleaning. This makes the position very varied and responsible.
You are flexible and stress resistant. You know how to keep an overview and are keen to provide customers with excellent and fast service. You do not let yourself get out of the field easily, are proactive and think creatively in solving problems.
What are your responsibilities?
- Handling technical issues from tenants and owners
- Engaging the right service partners
- Oversee correct and timely execution of work.
- Ensuring proper administrative processing
- Maintain the portfolio of service partners
- Working with invoices and work orders
- Planning and organizing maintenance work
Your input
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages (verbal and written)
- You know how to keep a careful overview
- Affinity with the technical and legal aspects of property management
- Accurate and structured
- Service-oriented
- Proactive and stress resistant
- Strong in planning and organizing
- Excellent representational and communication skills
